The following message is in complaint to George@Boostsolutions.com I tend to sympathize with the vendors when someone posts a message disparaging their service, which is why I'm very hesitant to post a message like this. At the start of the summer, I ordered a set of Volk GT-Cs from George. The wheels took the standard time to arrive, a few months, during which I had no complaints. He responded to my e-mails, kept me updated on their progress and everything, life was good. The wheels arrived near the end of July, I was happy. However, I was unable to mount the wheels on my car because I didn't receive the necessary lugnuts for the wheels. So I e-mailed George about this, he said ok, "I'll send them out". As you might have guessed, it's 2 months later, and I still haven't received these lugnuts. I have repeatedly e-mailed George over this period, and he hasn't replied to an e-mail since the start of August. Further, I called him about a month ago after giving up on the hope that he'd e-mail me back, and although I was unable to actually speak to George, someone speaking on his behalf said that "George says he'll find out what's up with your lugnuts and e-mail you back". Well it's been a month since then, and still no e-mail. To make matters worse, I've tried calling Boost Solutions again several times last week, and now no one ever picks up. This is after repeated attempts to call, all during business hours posted on their website. It makes me think they have call display or something. Now I'm not trying to say George is being a jerk, or anything to that effect. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but I don't know what else to do at this point. Call this a guerilla tactic if you will, but George if you happen to read this, could you please just tell me what's up with the lugnuts? Can't find them, lost them in shipping, forgot to ship them, I don't care - Just please tell me! I've been out of the loop for 2 months and as pretty as the wheels are sitting in my room, I'm getting tired of waiting to put them on my car. Thanks,
